Mes recherches portent essentiellement sur l’édition des textes médicaux grecs et arabes, sur l’histoire de la médecine, mais aussi sur l’informatique appliquée aux humanités.

  • Édition — Je prépare actuellement celle des Épidémies II et IV pour la Collection des Universités de France. Cette édition prendra en compte pour la première fois l’ensemble de la tradition manuscrite de la traduction arabe par Ḥunayn ibn Isḥāq du Commentaire de Galien aux Épidémies II.
  • Histoire de la médecine — Ce volet prolonge le précedent. Je citerai ici «Research Program and Teaching led by the Master in Hippocrates’ Epidemics II IV VI. Ce colloque, que j’ai coorganisé avec Mme Véronique Boudon-Millot, s’est tenu à Paris les 28 et 29 novembre 2013.
  • Informatique — Je rapporterai ici les travaux suivants: ἔκδοσις pour la réalisation d’éditions critiques avec export au format TEI xml; arabluatex, pour la langue arabe sous LuaLaTeX; icite, pour la réalisation d’index des passages cités: Old Standard (fonte pour les éditions savantes en grec); un index grec-arabe-grec des mots de Ḥunayn dans le commentaire aux Épidémies 2 d’Hippocrate.
