Atelier des Doctorants d’Orient & Méditerranée (ADOM)
L’Atelier des Doctorants d’Orient & Méditerranée (ADOM) tiendra sa séance de rentrée le mardi 18 novembre 2025, de 17h à 19h, à l’IRBIMMA (Sorbonne) ou à distance par Zoom. Cette réunion sera suivie d’un pot convivial dans le Quartier latin.
Né en 2023, l’ADOM est un atelier réservé aux et organisé par les doctorants d’Orient & Méditerranée, qui a pour objectif d’offrir aux doctorants du laboratoire un espace de formation et de discussion inter-équipes, lors de séances mensuelles organisées de novembre à juin.
La séance introductive aura pour sujets la présentation de l’UMR et de l’atelier, ainsi que du programme annuel, au besoin amendé selon les attentes des étudiants. À cette occasion, les doctorants volontaires seront invités à se manifester pour intervenir durant l’une des séances, afin de présenter leurs recherches et un aspect du travail de jeune chercheur.
Les doctorants qui débutent au sein du laboratoire sont particulièrement conviés !

The Orient & Méditerranée Doctoral Students Workshop (ADOM) will hold its first session of the academic year on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, at IRBIMMA (Sorbonne) or remotely via Zoom. This meeting will be followed by an informal gathering in the Quartier Latin.
Founded in 2023, ADOM is a workshop reserved for and organized by doctoral students of Orient & Méditerranée, which aims to provide PhD candidates from the laboratory with a space for training and inter-team discussion, through monthly sessions held from November to June.
The introductory session will cover the presentation of the UMR and the workshop, as well as the annual program, which may be adjusted according to students’ expectations. On this occasion, volunteer PhD students will be invited to speak during one of the sessions to present their research and an aspect of early-career academic work.
New doctoral students in the lab are especially encouraged to attend!
